Cialis (tadalafil) is one of the three drugs approved by the FDA for the treatment of male impotence, or erectile dysfunction. The following health conditions must be reported to your health care provider before you ask him for a prescription: liver disease, recent history of stroke, physical deformity of the penis, retinitis pigmentosa, bleeding disorder, heart disease or heart rhythm problems, angina, congestive heart failure, high or low blood pressure, history a heart attack, kidney disease, stomach ulcer or blood cell disorder. Hearing loss is one of the few serious side effects you may experience when taking this drug. Usually only one ear is affected and there is a chance it may not get better. If you experience this symptom consult your health care provider as soon as possible.
